To begin our collaboration, we will schedule a meeting with you, which can take place either in person or through a virtual platform, depending on your preference. The primary goal of this meeting is to gain a deep understanding of your current challenges. We are eager to hear about your past experiences in tackling these issues, explore your aspirations for the benefits plan aimed at both current and future employees, and identify any elements you feel are lacking and wish were part of your offering.

To proceed effectively, our next step involves gathering comprehensive information. The more detailed insights we collect, the clearer our understanding will be regarding the choices available for you and your employees. This thorough exploration will enable us to assess whether we can implement simple, straightforward adjustments or if more substantial changes are required to significantly improve the plan’s efficiency for both the short and long term. To enhance this connection, we will share our direct phone numbers with employees, allowing them to reach out to us with any questions or concerns at any time during this process and beyond.

At this stage, we will also formalize our partnership by signing our Client Service Agreement. This document is offered to every client, regardless of their size or needs. Importantly, it does not create any binding obligations; rather, it serves as a commitment to hold us accountable for our promises. It also provides clarity on how we are compensated by the plan, ensuring transparency in our relationship with you.
